Notary Public Background Check (NPBC) is an open, community-sponsored, program
designed to meet the compliance needs of the lending industry by offering a comprehensive, single-source notary background check certification program.
The program is administered by the National Verification Registry (NVR), currently a service of Notary Rotary. Background screening and reports are provided by
CrimCheck.com, our screening partner, and the results are certified by NVR. NVR is also responsible for the provisioning of the NP Check Click to Verify logo and administration of certification listings on www.notarycheck.com and www.notarypublicbackgroundcheck.com.
